It was my pleasure to interview Dr. Duc Phan. We recorded this episode a couple of months ago and since then, Duc has successfully defended this thesis in Dr. Chris Hughes Lab here at UC Irvine. In this episode, we talk about his upbringing in Vietnam, transitioning from community college to UC Irvine, what vascular biology entails, the "on a chip" technology and his future plans.
