The Cottonwood Treehouse

The Cottonwood Treehouse

Stories of Climate Action

Author: Kurtis Baute

This is a podcast about stories like this one, and about the courageous people who are taking necessary action to halt climate change.

Climate Aware Therapy - Fostering Connection in the Face of Ecological Crisis
Wednesday, 1 October, 2025

Hi! It's been a minute. I'm in the process of finishing a Masters Degree in Counselling, and this is part of my capstone project for that. It is a very brief introduction to climate aware therapy, through the lens of the theory of dislocation, and while it's intended for counsellors, I hope others can find it useful as well.
