The world of video games over the past week can be summed up by the timeless Jim Halpert quote "WHAT IS GOING ON?!?". PlayStation shut down beloved developer Bluepoint Games on Thursday, and then on Friday Xbox came out and said "Hold my beer" as Phil Spencer was announced to be "retiring", and Sarah Bond "resigned" from her position as well. Oh yeah, and the new head of Microsoft Gaming has no experience in games, but most recently was in charge of Microsoft's CoreAI program, so this is probably going to go GREAT!
