She supports pet parents as they navigate anticipatory grief, the pain of loss, and the guilt or trauma that often accompanies it. Through ongoing free support groups, 1:1 sessions, and a private Facebook community, Crystal provides a safe space where grief can be openly expressed, honored, and validated.
