Programmes made by students of BSc (Hons) Entertainment Systems at WIT

Author: Rob O'Connor

As part of their coursework in the module Broadcasting Technology on BSc (Hons) Entertainment Systems, students at WIT create some radio programmes as a final assignment. Typically, these are broadcast on Beat 102-103, thanks to our long-standing partnership withe South East's largest youth station. Every year, the students have made something different: documentaries, a nativity play, music gigs, comedy - it's largely driven by their own interests. This podcast collects these programmes.

Shakespeare: Rhyme & Reason. Delivery of Lines and Iago's Story
Monday, 9 March, 2015

In the final part of Shakespeare Rhyme & Reason, we look at how the actor's delivery of lines can affect our experience of Shakespeare's text, using Romeo & Juliet and Othello as examples. Then we look at Iago's story, from the perspective of a few drama students getting ready for an audition.
