It involves a set of skills that enable individuals to recognize and regulate emotions in themselves and others, which is crucial for personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The core components of Emotional Intelligence include: 1️⃣ **Self-Awareness**: Recognizing and understanding one's own emotions, as well as their impact on thoughts and behavior. 2️⃣ **Self-Management**: Effectively managing and regulating one's emotions, impulses, and behavior in different situations. 3️⃣ **Social Awareness (Empathy)**: Recognizing and understanding the emotions and needs of others, and demonstrating empathy and compassion. 4️⃣ **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining positive relationships, communicating effectively, inspiring and influencing others, and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
