I cant let yall make this mistake again. Every year, fitness and wellness business owners cave in and just discard the last 2 months of the year. I get it, “it’s the holidays” and you have all these obligations, it’s cold, it’s dark, your staff is requesting off, blah blah blahhhhh. These excuses are affirmations that you told yourself to not have to do what is required to be successful. Unfortunately for you, the landscape this year and next is going to get extremely hard. Way more competition, increasing prices, bad economy, war. Only the strong will survive. Are you one of them? Or will you retreat into the darkness and become a statistic? Me? I’d rather be a success story. Right now I would be doubling down on EVERYTHING. Staffing, training, leads, partnerships, relationships, and my members. Most of you will just take November and December off and blame everyone but yourselves. You’ll sit there in January just praying for the “new years resolution people” to walk in.
