A New View Podcast: Hear Alex Hepp Explain the Benefits of ChangeFinder™
Tuesday, 30 May, 2017
When an assessor’s office is lacking the proper amount of staff needed to perform assessments, the workload can seem neverending. However, utilizing the proper technology can create a seamless workflow allowing assessors to drastically reduce the time it takes to complete the assessment process and detect parcel change. ChangeFinder is a tool that leverages your existing Pictometry imagery to detect changes from year-to-year within your jurisdiction. Properties that have changed are flagged for review and delivered through the cloud-based CONNECT™ platform, so assessors can access the imagery and results from any web browser or mobile device for easy evaluation. Learn the importance of technology in change detection from Alex Hepp, Director of Assessment at Pictometry, in this brief, five-minute interview.
