In the early days of the pandemic, I had this great idea (like 3 million other people) that what would be such a really good idea would be to start a podcast. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I made one single episode. Here it is! I really thought this would be a good way of discovering meaning through unusual times. Meanwhile, the pandemic was (is? still!) more exhausting than my initial burst of adrenally charged fixing-doing-making could sustain. So: Welcome to my musings on life. I share my thoughts about yoga philosophy and spirit, migraines, mothering, home life and the new earth.
