AI-driven fraud detection tools at CMS are described as the backbone of expanded nationwide enforcement. The stated goal is aggressive interagency action involving DOJ, Treasury, and CMS, with claims that fraud recovery could dramatically impact the federal budget. 2. California as a Fraud Epicenter California is the largest hotspot for healthcare and hospice fraud. Justification for U.S. Military Action Against Iran A long historical timeline is used to argue that Iran has systematically attacked U.S. interests, allies, and civilians since 1979.
