The star of the Four Trails documentary talks candidly about his difficulties adjusting to life in the UK, the great feedback he received from the UK audience at the recent premiere in London, and the positive impact the release of the movie has had on his own life, a message which he wants to share to inspire others. Like the movie itself, this episode is about much more than trail running but about overcoming wider challenges in life. Including some discussion about factors which influenced his record-breaking success in the 2021 HKTUC, and about his recent adventures with Law Kai Pong in Snowdonia and the Alps.
