There is a difference between believing in Jesus and following Him. Many of us carry a sincere faith: we confess Christ, we worship, we want to follow…and, yet, there are still quiet places in our lives where His authority is negotiated or delayed. Over time, we can build lives where Jesus is present, but not preeminent. “Reign” invites us to examine that tension honestly and ask a deeper question: not just, “Do I believe in Jesus?” but “Where does He actually have authority in me?” This is not a series about trying harder, but about yielding more fully. And the promise underneath it all is this: the places we are most hesitant to surrender are often the very places where Christ’s reign will bring the greatest freedom. “Lord of My House” based on the scripture from Luke 6:46-49.
