You don’t have to hate where you came from to still choose something different. I was angry when I first left, but I’ve done a lot of healing since then. And now I think it’s time to reflect on it more. In this episode, I share a small piece of my story growing up in a polygamist religion. What was normal to me, what no longer aligned, a weird conversation with the leader, and what it took to walk away.
