भारत स्वतंत्र झाल्यावर 26 जानेवारी 1950 ल आपल्याला आपली राज्यघटना मिळाली , हे तर सगळ्यांना माहीतच असेल. पण आपल्याला स्वातंत्र्य मिळायच्या 10-12 वर्ष आधी , महाराष्ट्रातल्या एका संस्थानाने लोकशाही स्थापन करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता, हे तुम्हाला ठाऊक आहे का? नेमक्या त्याच भन्नाट प्रयोगाची ही गोष्ट!
