023. My Wake Up Call To A Better, More Loving, More Present Life

Ok we are getting a bit heavy today, real deep and personal as I share a really pivotal moment in my life that occurred this last weekend. Unfortunately it took someone else's tragedy to kind of shake me awake in to how much I am not living, how I haven't shown up (REALLY!), and how self-absorbed I have been in my own tragedies and mixing it up with healing myself when in reality I was just reliving the pain each day. I hope this helps someone out there, this is a very vulnerable post but my intention here is that maybe my story will awaken someone else. Much love friends!
