What an episode this one is!! Today we’ve got Thalia on to talk through her experience with type 1 diabetes. She’s had to deal with diabetes since the age of 12 and of course struggled to adjust to a new way of life but is now in first year of university- studying paediatric nursing. We talk through her experiences with diabetes, the struggles of someone dealing with T1D and lots of information about it all that will be sure to open your eyes to the realities of this really difficult, life altering autoimmune disease. Massive thank you to Thalia for coming on and being a fantastic guest. After listening I’m sure you’ll agree she’s a massively inspirational person and it was a privilege to speak to her.
