Delhi High Court judge Sunil Gaur has refused to grant anticipatory bail to former Finance Minister #PChidambaram in the #INXMediacase. After this P Chidambaram could be arrested. The CBI is also investigating alleged irregularities in granting FIPB clearance in the Aircel-Maxim agreement of 2006. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also investigating the matter of money laundering in this regard. In this case, P Chidambaram's son Karti Chidambaram was arrested last year. They were in custody for 23 days. There are different cases in Chidambaram on the purchase of airplanes and in the case of Aircel.. Investigative agencies claim that when Chidambaram was finance minister in 2007, he granted approval to INX Media, a company of Peter Mukherjee and Indrani Mukherjee. After this, foreign investment of 305 crore allegedly came in this company. Permission was given to invest only five crores, but INX Media invested more than 300 crores. To protect himself, INX Media conspired with Karti Chidambaram and tried to influence government officials. It has been claimed that Chidambaram's son Karti Chidambaram had taken a bribe.
