#12 「国外送金等調書制度」について

今日のワンミニッツ国際税務は、「国外送金等調書制度」についてです。 国外送金等調書制度とは、金融機関等を通じて日本国外への送金または国外からの送金の受領が1回あたり100万円を超える場合は、金融機関に対して告知書を提出しなければならないルールのことです。 そして、告知書の提出を受けた金融機関は、所轄の税務署に「国外送金等調書」を提出します。 調書には、氏名、住所、送金金額、送金の理由が記載されています。税務署は、必要があるときは金融機関に質問し、検査する権限を持っています。 では、ここでクイズ。 仮想通貨で100万円超の送金をした場合、国外送金等調書制度の対象となるでしょうか。 正解は、なりません。 国外送金等調書制度の対象となっているのは金銭のみです。暗号資産は現時点では対象外です。 ちなみに、「国外証券移管等調書制度」という制度があります。これは、有価証券の国外への証券口座の移管や、国外から国内への証券口座の移管情報を証券会社から税務署に提出してもらう制度です。 両制度ともフローに関する情報提供です。次回、ストックに関する情報提供制度についてお話します。
