明心康复园，是一家专门接收自闭症儿童的幼儿园。陶园长说，自闭症儿童不需要同情，需要关爱。陶园长说，不少家长说她做了大好事，实际上却是家长们的坚持让她坚持，谁在和谁学，谁又坚持了谁？陶园长说，她的前同事离职前跟另一位同事说，她是造梦人，而他们都是帮她实现梦想的人，这话让她感动不已。
