The inability of the leaders to say no to those who they need to is bursting budgets all the country in college sports. Tampering enforcement is causing the conference leader to fight over more items. Should the NCAA enforcement of roster tampering is hot topic. One conference wants to pause enforcement and some want to continue forward and prosecute they offending schools and one conference is talking out both sides of their mouth. Find out which conference is say what and why. They claim that budgets are out of control. Some schools are handling in a way that they promised to that not to do. I tell you promise you what promise isn't kept. Speaking of budget busting, what two letter word is not being said by Presidents, A.D.'s and Coaches and why not saying that is costing them billions of dollars in total in college sports.
