Please listen with caution. Tsutomu Miyazaki, known as "The Otaku Murderer," murdered four young girls in Japan between 1988 and 1989. He didn't just kill them—he engaged in necrophilia, dismemberment, and cannibalism. Then he terrorized their families, sending letters and pieces of his victims through the mail. This episode explores how his social isolation and obsessive fantasies escalated into ritualized violence so disturbing it ignited a moral panic across Japan. This case forces us to confront the darkest edges of human depravity: obsession, control, and complete dehumanization. This is an extremely difficult case. Please listen with caution.
