Episode 59: Capital City Classic, Fort Smith Marathon, Hogeye Marathon & Tribal Runners
Episode 59
Sunday, 5 April, 2026
Michelle and Graham update the world on what's new in their world. Graham gets a 10K PR at the Capital City Classic in Little Rock last weekend before pacing the Fort Smith half marathon the following day. Your hosts also touch up on how their Spring Fling 5K went last month, and discuss how runners can be very tribal when it comes to what type of races and running activities they choose to participate in. Graham gives a brief preview of the Hogeye Marathon and 5K he'll be participating in next weekend, and ends the show recapping his workout run Saturday afternoon, which involved Graham nearly pooping himself and two ducks jumping another duck at Sunset Lake in Benton, Arkansas.
