I write about Mental Illness. I feel that its not talked about enough. I push that Mental ILLness should be a conversation not a secret. I have the ability to empower women to begin to speak out about there Mental challenges understanding that it's ok not to be ok & without there Voice they will not get any help in their areas of struggle. It happens. I find when we don't address our mental issues we can either be of danger to ourselves and or to others. My voice gives other women a voice because I have battled depression, anxiety, feelings of wanting to commit suicide, Rape So I been there

Three basic rules for parents in the morning to follow to help your child with adhd improve morning behaviors. Note: I have adhd as well so I use notes I create to stay organized and stay on point. I chose to snatch my power back every day. So please excuse my paper noise. I had to laugh at myself refusing to delete an re record. My goal is that you get the message an results.
