James R. Stock is a University of South Florida Distinguished University Professor and Frank Harvey Endowed Professor of Marketing. He has interviewed many of the greatest minds in transportation logistics, a practice area we call supply chain management today. He shared those interviewed with Chris Barnes to be republished as part of the Supply Chain is Boring program.In this interview, Stock speaks with James L. Heskett. Heskett is the Baker Foundation Professor Emeritus at Harvard University and holds an MBA and PhD from Stanford University.
