For most parents, especially for first time parents, it is stressful and a whole new experience like nothing before. I want to talk about my journey about labor and birth! I want to let my listeners know that I know bringing new life into the world and raising a human being isn't easy. It's been one of the most difficult journeys yet. And it continues to test me every single day, especially because I'm experiencing it all over again.
