Episode 27: It’s Not the Only Way!  Every woman needs to be the CEO of her life! She needs to have a seat at the table and create a seat at the table for others. There is power when women gather. Conversations from the C-Suite  is a power-packed hour that provides women a platform to share their business and career experiences. Conversations from the C-Suite is the girlfriend’s guide to being a CEO. It’s where women, and a few good men, have powerful conversations about real things that matter to real women who are ready to enter the C-Suite of their Life! The C-Suite is where women create the lives, careers, and businesses they desire and deserve! More than just talk, Conversations from the C-Suite will equip women to make C.E.O. Moves! Women have a symbiotic relationship between who she is as an individual and who she is seen as in her physical environment—the social constructs that define who a woman is and who she should be. This can often present her with the choice of who she is going to be. Who she wants to be or who others want her to be? What brings her joy or what keeps the peace? Having a great career or having a great family? We must learn to build a Life in the And. “We can’t operate in the “or,” but operate in the a “and” b.” Living Life in the And helps women to truly have it all! The Living Life in the And Series is a quest to find out how women can have it all? Over the next two years, I will interview 100 women to have poignant conversations about how they are Living their Lives in the And. Each episode with focus on women doing great things in the world. Women who are CEOs on every continuum of the spectrum—housewives, working women, professionals, and executives! Not only is this a great conversation, but a quest for the holy grail—What does a “successful life” mean to modern day women? This research project wearing a fabulous conversation will pose the same set of questions to each woman to get her definition of success for the woman CEO at the end of every episode.  Is this all? Join me for this episode as I interview the woman who inspired this series, the incomparable Katrina Campbell! Katrina Campbell, is a CEO Extraordinaire, Ethics Adviser for the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), lawyer, and mother of two. In this power-packed conversation, get ready to have it all—Get ready to Live Life in the And!
