I share my journey from selling 50–60 homes a year and running with my hair on fire, to stepping into a managing broker role that turned out to be a colossal mistake, to ultimately rebuilding my business around the life I actually wanted to live. We talk about the identity and grief that can come with letting go of a version of yourself that once made you successful, why not all money is good money, and how to create longevity in your business without sacrificing your quality of life.
