By focusing on quality, timely longitudinal patient care and recognizing physicians as the clinic's primary business customers, Synergy changed its approach to physician recruitment, practice management, and professional development. Dr. Lim describes how this strategy helped the clinic grow from 12 to 36 physicians over approximately five years, eventually reaching a peak of 50 physicians. Dr. Adedeji and Dr. Lim also discuss the importance of choosing the right business partners, aligning team members with their strengths, and taking risks to pursue professional goals.
