S7 Ep 6 Into the night: Where did Nelda Hardwick go?

When Nelda Hardwick disappeared after a late night trip to the store in 1993, there was no real investigation done and it would likely have been forgotten about over time. However, when a mystery woman is killed in the next state over 5 years later the similarities between her and Nelda are noted.
