Molly De La Sotta, hermana de Luis Humberto De La Sotta, capitán de navío de la Armada venezolana denuncia los tratos crueles e inhumanos que su familiar ha recibido como preso político militar del régimen de Nicolás Maduro. “Hay un grupo hoy en día de 130 militares que están encarcelados. La tortura es triplemente cruel: electricidad, te obligan a tomar agua del inodoro, heces fecales... es una cosa espantosa. Ellos son considerados presos políticos militares.
