This is my official podcast channel. I am Sian Gissing. Public Speaker Litigation Consultant Author.The purpose of my podcast is to provide content that will help assist others in gaining knowledge about the Law, share insights into my story and the public family law case of 'McMeel vs Gissing-McMeel [2022] in the Royal Courts of Justice in which I exposed Malfeasance by certain Public Office holders in the Judiciary, Police and Family Law. Involving a top level British MP and Privy Council Member to the Monarch who abused their position on behalf of their close friend KC & Law Professor. The sole goal was to block me from any financial divorce settlement, to gain financially from the weaponsation of my three children and sell our family home without my consent by way of fraud. It is with hope that my story helps others avoid the pit falls and corruption that can occur in family law cases. My case shines the light on how some of the very top members of Public Office commit malfeasance to protect their friends regardless of the Rule of Law. Our power is within our voice. No one should ever be silenced by their abusers.I share content to empower litigants in person with knowledge of the law, policies and procedures and how to apply them in their own case.
