How To Stop Worrying & Start Living: 01 - Living in Day-Tight Compartments
Monday, 26 October, 2020

The World Health Organization released a statistic that depression was the leading cause of global disability. Essentially people are more likely to become disabled in our world not from a physical illness but from a mental one. Depression has many forms and I’m in no way qualified to speak on each of its forms. I can only speak from personal experience.  There is a tie beteeen anxiety / worry and depression. Yet worry is nothing new. When Dale Carnegie wrote the book “How to Stop Worrying & Start Living” he wrote it for the same reasons we have today. Worry keeps us, at best from living our most authentic life, at worst to an early grave. In this live video talk I talk about his first lesson in his book. watch video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rl1NWADXBg4&t=31s Living in day-tight compartments. Peace and love my friends. Jake
