Candy and Bar are 13 years old when their dad takes them to the mall. Candy is overjoyed when her dad allows her to dye her hair bright pink! However, Candy also knows that her mom has strictly forbidden this until Candy is much older. Candy decides to go for it anyway, and ends up with quite an unusual consequence.
