Student Wellbeing Matters
Monday, 28 February, 2022

Hello and welcome!  Todays episode Scarlett debriefs with you all after joining a Student Wellbeing Forum run by the Nursing and Midwifery Federation and co-hosted by Nursing and Midwifery Health Program Victoria.  Today's episode dives into the self reflection tools we can use as students to help deal with the stress we face during our undergraduate degree. Scarlett covers what causes us stress, how we deal with stress in our lives, what actions we take to improve these situations and notice how it negatively impacts our health. Along with diving into the challenges faced during our studies, manging conflict in the workplace, connecting with likeminded individuals and the importance of finding our tribe. Ending with the simple yet effective ways we feel included and seen in the healthcare environment.  I hope you enjoyed todays episode and feel free to join a discussion of it over at our Instagram @getthescopepodcast Check out our IG to keep up to date with us @getthescopepodcast Thanks for listening!
