The Otis Way

Author: Julie Otis

Anyone who is a parent knows that it can be hard raising kids. As they get older it certainly doesn't get easier. How do we give them all that they need? How do we teach them to be good people? To be leaders in whatever direction they choose to go? Each of us has a different approach. In this podcast we dive into our own way of doing things. The Otis Way! Please join us and lend us your voices and opinions. Together we are better parents than we can be on our own.

The Value Of Doing Nothing
Thursday, 23 January, 2020

Life is CRAZY these days. Our kids have so many activity options available to them. From school we might go to dance, or baseball or karate or swimming lessons or speech or... well the possibilities are seemingly endless. We believe that often times parents feel pressured to make sure their kids are involved in as many of these activities as possible. But when our days are so full of these awesome things, what are the consequences of leading such busy lives? Listen in as we go over our opinions on the subject and give some options for what we believe is a better way. Got some advice of your own? Let us know about it at feedback@theotisway.com
