In the second episode of the show Phill is joined by Carlos Melegrito, designer and developer based in Melbourne, Australia. Carlos and Phill tackle the broad, and in-depth subject of diversity in the technology industry. They consider issues of wealth, privilege, race, gender and sexuality, exploring the ways that these issues are prevalent in both of their working lives and how it impacts upon people around them. Both Carlos and Phill suggest that in order to truly build exciting, creative and successful products, the companies and teams behind them need to be truly reflective of the diverse world they live in.
