Sebastián del Rey Barba, registrador de Olot ( Tarragona) y vocal-director de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa del Colegio de Registradores de España fue el organizador de este congreso, que resultó un completo éxito de asistencia, participación, análisis y propuestas.
