Welcome back! We're kicking off the semester with Off The Record. This week had a very exciting program. It began with a 5-minute news report with Bryce Johnson, the Editor-in-Chief for The Current. A noteworthy update by Malik Smith and Markensley Francois about Fraternity and Sorority Life at Nova Southeastern University. Afterward, Arts of the Matter with our lovely Carey Courson, who interviewed Elyse Brunt, Co-Director of The South Florida Folk & Acoustic Music Festival. This was followed by DJ Romi updating us on on-campus sports. Then, a thrilling commentary of a pre-recorded interview with Dr. Harry K. Moon, NSU President and CEO, by Marlee Card. After, as usual, our mental health segment, where tips were shared on how to keep yourself on track this new semester. Lastly, the pop culture segment, where we spoke about the TikTok Ban, the Los Angeles Wildfires, Mac Miller’s Posthumous Album, and more!
