For years, feral hogs have been causing problems for farmers and landowners in the United States. They reproduce so quickly that their population has exploded, causing serious damage to crops, livestock, and even wildlife. In an attempt to control their population, some states have allowed hunters to take them down. In today’s episode of the Back to the Lodge, Patrick talks about why feral hogs are being hunted, what changed his perspective about hunting hogs, and when is the best time of year to hunt wild boars.
