Both Sides of the Table brings together two co-bartenders from wildly different backgrounds to discuss the woes of their careers. Clare and Grace will dispute over cocktail creation techniques, share stories of Stranger Dangers (situations brought on by certain customers, stocking issues, etc.), give their Tips of the Trade, and give an overall good, bad, or indifferent take on their experience. Grace, a 20-something sweet academic and religious type, and Clare, a 50 year old generation Xer that spent 20 years in upper restaurant management are now a coworker match made in Cocktail Heaven.
