José Rodriguez is a seasoned fundraising professional and founder of Impact House Group, where he partners with mission-driven organizations to design and execute high-impact development strategies. Having worked with over 450 clients, José has helped raise more than $250 million in philanthropic support. He specializes in feasibility studies, capital campaign management, and major gifts, bringing a disciplined yet relational approach to fundraising that emphasizes long-term sustainability and donor engagement. Before entering the nonprofit sector, José spent five years as a seminarian, an experience that continues to inform his values-driven approach to leadership and service. He remains actively involved in his community as a member of his parish finance council. José holds a BA in Philosophy from St. Joseph Seminary College and an Executive MBA from Marquette University.
