Bon Jovi my friends, Here is another episode for y'all! This one includes tips on getting started in running (or anything for that matter), the process of mastery and some notes on the battle with "my nemesis" Chris Cuomo. *I cut out a portion about Leipsic - I am open to chatting with anyone about it - there's so much more to the story than the headlines.
