In this episode, we sit down with Pam Roussell of Perfectly Holistic, a holistic cat health practitioner who uses muscle testing and pendulum energy work to help pets and their people get to the root cause of what's going on — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Pam's journey started with her own health crisis, her cats' mysterious illnesses, and ultimately the grief of losing her beloved Tonkinese Snow Bear — an experience that launched her life's work and her company, Perfectly Holistic. In our conversation, Pam breaks down how muscle testing works, why emotional blocks can create physical imprints in our animals, and how spirit energies can sometimes play a role in a pet's imbalance. She even puts her skills to work live with all three of us at the end — and yes, Lukas only needs to lose a couple of pounds. He'll be fine.
