Jocko Willink is a Retired U.S. Navy SEAL, podcast, author, leadership instructor, and entrepreneur. A legend in the SEAL community, Jocko's unwavering dedication to commitment and character has opened many doors since his scrappy beginnings as SEAL Officer, commanding SEAL Team Three's Task Unit Bruiser during the Battle of Ramadi. Upon returning from deployment, Jocko served as the Officer-in-Charge of training for all West Coast SEAL Teams, where he spearheaded development of leadership training and personally instructed the next generation of SEAL Leaders. He'd go on to receive the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, and numerous other personal and unit awards. Since then, Jocko co-founded Echelon Front, a premier leadership consulting company, along with authoring the New York Times Bestseller 'Discipline Equals Freedom', 'Leadership Strategies and Tactics', and 'Way of the Warrior Kid', an innovative children's book series.
