Toxic Masculinity: Frat Boy 101Author: Reganne Hardy
I selected this topic to construct my podcast because as a member of Fraternity and Sorority Life, the typical fraternity man identity negatively plagues our community. I think furthering education about masculinity formation and development in social fraternities will help remove some of the forced expectations that are placed upon men. I noticed a need for this issue to be addressed when I instituted tighter regulations as a council leader on event attendance.
