I am no expert by any means of the word, but I dont believe you need to be in order to help others. My goal is to simply share knowledge & Information. I want other people with Parkinsons to know they are not alone, that there are things they can do to improve their situation and live a improved version of their life with pd and help them be informed about their Parkinsons so that they can advocate for their own care and lead more empowered lives.In helping others, I am helping myself. This podcast is me moving outside of my comfort zone and challenging myself to expand my own horizons. Now you might ask why I would want to do that. How can I expect to help others to change and evolve if I am not willing to myself?
