One of the things that I find very fulfilling about entrepreneurship is that when it comes to how creative you can get to grow your business, the sky is the limit. When you start a business and grow it from the ground up, it’s 100% up to you to decide how exactly you do that. In order to be successful in the ever-evolving world of business, you must be agile in adapting to changes in industry demands, and you have to be able to see the value of failure in your growth. You have to be a disciplined self-starter, and someone who’s proactive in creating solutions. This episode's guest definitely has all of these attributes in his back pocket, but that isn't by accident. The mindset that has helped him enjoy the success he has today took deliberate action and consistent practice to challenge himself to step outside of his comfort zone and think outside of the box. In this episode, we talk about mindset and how important it is to build a strong and focused attitude when taking on new challenges.
