What does it actually take to govern a living system, instead of just managing one?In this conversation, Yoshi Pantera sits down with Gustavo Segovia, a long time member of the Traditional Dream Factory ecovillage in Portugal, who works at the intersection of decentralized technology and regenerative culture. Gustavo has spent years inside web3 governance, contributing to projects like Collabberry, GravityDAO, and Coh3rence, designing reward systems, conflict-resolution processes, and governance frameworks meant to help communities self-organize without extracting from the people or places that sustain them.He served as Academic Director at DAO Education and has taught Decentralized Organizational Systems at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
