Through deep meditation and research we have discovered 12 chakra/energy centers that you can use on a daily basis while meditating, working and exercising in order to open up and align your mystic body. Once you learn to line up your chakra/energy centers your body will begin to heal and strengthen creating more energy and relaxation by using the energy around you to recharge your system and align with the universe. We also use astrology and planet alignments to help you connect to the strongest energy currently available. This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using the energy of the path called The Great Stretch, which is between the crown chakra and the feet chakra. The Great Father and the Great Mother. This meditation will help you align your body by building confidence and strength. The Great Father represents the crown chakra. It’s the center of wisdom and majesty. The Great Mother represents the feet chakra and it’s the center of grounded mastery. By working with these two chakras you can tap into an energy that will help you parent yourself. It’s a great way to start making strong and confident choices for your own wellbeing. We all at some point or another, whether we had great parents or not so great parents, need to find a way to be the best parent to our self.
