Drew and Sam are actors. They havent won any Academy Awards yet, and neither of them is in line to be the new James Bond (sorry Sam), but between them they do have over half a centurys worth of experience in the industry. Many months ago a combination of boredom, significantly reduced work opportunities (thanks pandemic!) and overactive and under-stimulated imaginations inspired them to create a podcast, and somehow theyre still at it. Syed Jawad is a film-maker, musician, songwriter and YouTube content creator, and, despite being relatively new to the industry, he certainly isn’t hanging around when it comes to making progress! Prior to immersing himself in the entertainment world, Syed had a successful career in a totally different area, but then he found himself on the receiving end of a life changing event that did literally that - it changed his life! He is the first to admit it’s been for the better, and his sense of humour and fun, and sheer joy in what he does, belie the amazing back story he has to tell. As the founder of his production company The Film Studio, Syed has flourished personally and professionally, and as he explains, for him those two things are inextricably linked.
